摘要
为了明确东北地区在初春及秋冬冻融交替时期,冻融交替对土壤中氮矿化作用的影响,以及秸秆还田下氮矿化作用释放的无机氮对土壤氮库的影响。基于国内外大量有关氮矿化的文献,本文重点阐述了冻融频次、冻融强度和冻融土壤含水量对土壤氮矿化的影响机制,分析了非冻融时期秸秆添加对土壤氮矿化的影响,归纳了秸秆添加下氮矿化速率、氮矿化量及土壤无机氮质量分数对冻融交替的响应变化。总结出了秸秆添加下氮矿化过程对冻融交替响应的一般规律:秸秆受冻融交替作用破碎化,释放更多有机氮,减轻冻融交替等对土壤氮素矿化的负面效应,促进了土壤中无机氮含量的积累;秸秆的保水保温能力,在冻结时能留存更多的微生物量促进土壤氮矿化。论文简要提出了秸秆添加下冻融交替时期对氮矿化的理论机制及有关研究方法的问题及展望,以期为东北地区冻融交替时期秸秆还田对土壤氮素循环研究提供科学依据。
To clarify the effect of freeze-thaw on nitrogen mineralization in soil during the period of freezethaw in spring and autumn,and the effect of inorganic nitrogen released by nitrogen mineralization under straw returning on soil nitrogen pool in Northeast China.Based on a large number of literature related to nitrogen mineralization in China and abroad,the influence mechanism of freeze-thaw frequency,freeze-thaw intensity and soil moisture on nitrogen mineralization process were expounded.The effects of straw addition on nitrogen mineralization during non-freeze-thaw,and the responses of nitrogen mineralization rate and amount and soil inorganic nitrogen mass fraction to freeze-thaw under straw addition were clarified.The general rule of nitrogen mineralization process to freeze-thaw under straw addition was summarized.More organic nitrogen was released by straw fragmentation under freeze-thaw,reducing the negative effects of freeze-thaw on soil nitrogen mineralization and promoting the accumulation of inorganic nitrogen in soil.The water and heat preservation ability of straw could facilitate soil nitrogen mineralization by retaining more microbial biomass during freezing.This article briefly put forward the theoretical mechanism of nitrogen mineralization,as well as the problems and prospects of related research methods in the period of freeze-thaw under straw addition,in order to provide scientific basis for the study of soil nitrogen cycling under straw returning during freeze-thaw period in Northeast China.
