摘要
以水中铍元素为实例,由石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定水中铍元素含量建立不确定度数学模型,计算出各个分量所产生不确定度的数值,并分析出对不确定度影响较大的分量。
The thesis takes beryllium in water as an example,testing its content by GFAAS.Therefore,the mathematical model is set up to calculate and analyse all components of the uncertainty on its content,which helps to figure out the components that have significant effects on the uncertainty.
