播种密度和烯效唑浓度对羊草秧苗质量的影响

摘要 旱地机械移栽技术和装备已日益成熟,但羊草育苗技术的滞后阻碍其机械化移栽种植的发展。为初步确定羊草育苗的播种密度以及调控方法,以中科1号羊草为材料,采用双因素随机区组设计,设置播种密度2000、4000、6000粒/盘以及烯效唑浓度0、2.5、5.0、7.5 mg/L处理,探究播种密度和烯效唑浓度对羊草秧苗表型和质量的影响,并通过移栽后群体密度和干草产量的比较,确定播种密度和烯效唑用量。结果表明:烯效唑有效地抑制羊草株高增加,延缓叶片衰老,增加绿叶数和叶绿素含量,提高充实度、壮苗指数和干物质积累量,使得秧苗矮壮,同时促进分蘖,提高栽后群体密度以及干草产量。增加播种密度虽然会降低秧苗质量,但其是提高根系盘结强度和降低空格率的关键途径。由于烯效唑会降低羊草出苗率,因此浓度应不超过2.5 mg/L,基于秧苗质量、育苗成本以及移栽质量的考虑,建议播种密度为6000粒/盘。 The dryland mechanical transplanting technology and equipment have been increasingly mature,but the lag of seedlings technology of Leymus chinensis hinders the development of mechanized transplanting.In order to preliminarily determine the sowing density and regulation methods of Leymus chinensis seedlings,a twofactor randomized block design was employed using Zhongke No.1 Leymus chinensis as the experimental material.The sowing densities were set at 2000,4000,and 6000 seeds/plate,the uniconazole concentrations of 0,2.5,5.0,and 7.5 mg/L were applied.The effects of sowing density and uniconazole concentration on the phenotype and quality of Leymus chinensis seedlings were investigated by comparing population density and hay yield after transplanting.The results show that uniconazole effectively inhibited the increase of plant height,delayed leaf senescence,increased the number of green leaves and chlorophyll content,improved the fullness,seedling strength index and dry matter accumulation,made seedlings short and strong,promoted tillering,and improved the population density and hay yield after transplanting.Although increasing the sowing density would reduce the seedling quality,it is a key way to improve root knot strength and reduce vacancy rate.Because uniconazole would reduce the seedling emergence rate of Leymus chinensis,the concentration should not exceed 2.5 mg/L.Based on the consideration of seedling quality,seedling cost and transplanting quality,it is recommended that the sowing density should be 6000 seeds/plate.
