摘要
介绍了柴油发动机高强度球墨铸铁轴承盖铸件的结构及技术要求,从化学成分选择、炉料配比、多元合金化处理、球化及孕育处理等方面详细阐述了该铸件的熔炼工艺及浇注工艺,最后指出:选取适宜的化学成分,并进行合金化处理,严控炉料来源和质量要求,铁液过热温度控制在1520~1530℃,静置3~6 min,采用包内冲入法进行球化及孕育处理,严控球化剂和孕育剂的粒度,铁液出炉温度为1510~1520℃,浇注温度为1410~1360℃,每型浇注时间为15~23 s,可以生产出符合技术要求的QT700-2轴承盖铸件。
The casting structure and technical requirements of the high strength nodular iron bearing cap used for diesel engine were introduced.The melting and pouring processes were described in detail in the aspects of chemical compositions selection,charge mixture ratio,multiple alloying treatment,nodularizing and inoculating treatments.Finally pointed out:by selecting proper chemical compositions,conducting alloying treatment,strictly controlling resource of melting charges and their quality require-ments,controlling superheating temperature of iron liquid in the range of 1520~1530℃,holding for 3~6 min,using ladle pour-over process to conduct nodularizing and inoculating treatments,strictly controlling grain size of nodularizing agent and inoculating agent,controlling tapping temperature in range of 1510~1520℃,pouring temperature in range of 1410~1360℃,pouring time in range of 15~23 s/per mold,it was possible to produce QT700-2 nodular iron bearing cap casting meeting the technical requirements.
