摘要
随着市场形势不断演变,钢铁行业竞争日趋加剧,对合同交付、产品质量、销售价格等的要求越来越高,竞争压力传导至钢铁制造端,对机组稳定均衡有序生产提出了更高要求。在此背景下,以“生产机组”为管理对象,明确创建标杆的产线、内容及目标,形成一整套指导性、规范化的创建标准,机制革新突破传统的生产方、设备方、协力方管理界面,通过一系列管理活动调动全员参与和投入到标杆机组创建工作中,建设完善标准化、高效化的设备管理体系,保证均衡有序生产创效。
With the continuous evolution of the everchanging market,the competition in the steel industry has become increasingly intense,and the requirements for contract fulfillment,product quality,price,etc.,are getting stricter.And the competitive pressure is even greater at the steel manufacturing end,which requires stable and balanced orderly production.In this context,with the“production unit”as the management object,the production line,content and goal are clearly defined,and a set of guiding and standardized creation standards are formed.The mechanism innovation breaks through the traditional management interface of the production side,the equipment side and the third party,and all employees are involved and devoted to the creation of the benchmark unit through a series of management activities so as to build a standardized and efficient equipment management system to ensure balanced and orderly production.
