摘要
探究血栓通粉针剂与天麻素注射液联合治疗脑梗死的效果。选取凤冈县中医院2022年2月—2023年2月收治的76例脑梗死患者为研究对象。采用奇偶分组法将患者均分为参照组和实验组,每组各38例。参照组行血栓通粉针剂治疗,实验组加用天麻素注射液治疗。比较两组患者的血清指标、神经功能、肢体功能、日常生活活动能力。结果显示,治疗后,实验组患者血清指标、神经功能、肢体功能、日常生活活动能力均优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,脑梗死患者实施血栓通粉针剂联合天麻素注射液治疗可以降低患者的血清指标水平,改善患者神经功能、肢体功能,增强患者日常生活活动能力。
Explore the efficacy of the combination of Xueshuantong powder injection and gastrodin injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.76 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Fenggang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were evenly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using the parity grouping method,with 38 cases in each group.The reference group received treatment with Xueshuantong powder injection,while the experimental group received additional treatment with gastrodin injection.Compare the serum indicators,neurological function,limb function,and daily living activities of two groups of patients.The results showed that after treatment,the serum indicators,neurological function,limb function,and daily living activities of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of Xueshuantong powder injection and gastrodin injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients can reduce their serum indicator levels,improve their neurological and limb functions,and enhance their daily living activities.
