摘要
随着平台经济与共享经济的蓬勃发展,平台企业社会责任缺失与异化现象屡见不鲜。根据平台企业在生态圈情境中存在的个体企业、商业运作平台、资源整合与配置平台三个角色定位,构建了个体履责表现、内部责任治理、系统整体贡献三个维度,由此建立了平台型物流企业供应链生态圈社会责任评价指标体系。通过以满帮集团为例,由多元评价主体开展全方位评价,系统地提出了加强个体监督管理、落实责任型平台领导、构建社会责任共同体的平台治理对策,可为平台型物流企业供应链生态圈社会责任治理提供借鉴思路。
With the vigorous development of platform and sharing economies,the lack and alienation of platform corporate social responsibilities are common.According to the three roles of individual enterprises,business operation platform and resource integration and allocation platform in the ecosystem of platform enterprises,a platform logistics enterprise supply chain ecosystem social responsibility evaluation index system is constructed in three dimensions,that is,fulfillment of individual responsibilities,internal responsibility governance and overall contribution of the system.By taking Manbang Group as an example and conducting an all-round evaluation of multiple subjects,this paper proposes platform governance countermeasures to strengthen individual supervision and management,implement responsible platform leadership and build a social responsibility community,and can provide reference ideas for the social responsibility governance of the supply chain ecosystem of platform logistics enterprises.
