摘要
目的:探讨点阵激光联合多聚脱氧核糖核苷酸(Polydeoxyribonudeotide,PDRN)在面部皮肤美容中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年6月-2022年3月于笔者医院要求改善面部皮肤状况的就医者98例,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和实验组,各49例。对照组予以点阵激光治疗,实验组在此基础上予以PDRN治疗。观察治疗3个月后,对比两组疗效、症状积分、不良反应和满意度等。结果:实验组治疗有效率95.92%,高于对照组的83.67%(P<0.05),实验组就医者满意度93.88%,高于对照组的79.59%(P<0.05)。实验组总不良反应发生率14.29%与对照组10.20%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:点阵激光结合PDRN用于面部皮肤美容疗效显著,有助于改善就医者皮肤微循环,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application significance of fractional laser combined with polydeoxyribonucleotide(PDRN)therapy in skin beauty.Methods A total of 98 skin cosmetic repair patients who were treated in the author's hospital from June 2020-March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into groups,49 cases in each group.The control group was given fractional laser treatment,and the experimental group was given PDRN treatment on this basis.After 3 months of observation and treatment,the efficacy,symptom scores,adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(PDRN combined with fractional laser)was 95.92%higher than that of the reference group(fractional laser)83.67%,and the satisfaction rate was 93.88%higher than that of the reference group(fractional laser)79.59%,the difference was obvious(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the experimental group(PDRN combined with fractional laser)was 14.29%and the reference group(fractional laser)10.20%had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In the skin beauty repair treatment,fractional laser combined with PDRN has a significant effect,which helps to improve the skin microcirculation of patients,promotes the reduction of symptom scores,and improves satisfaction.It has good safety.
