一种环保型封堵剂的制备及其性能评价 被引量:5

摘要 钻井过程中,常通过添加沥青类封堵剂来提高井壁稳定性,但其环保性能差,应用受到限制。针对上述问题,以C5石油树脂、马来酸酐和单乙醇胺为原料制备的仿沥青封堵剂FD-HX,采用高温高压滤失仪和渗透性封堵仪评价其封堵性能,通过卤虫法以及测试其生化需氧量(BOD5)和化学需氧量(CODcr)分析其环境友好性。实验表明:封堵剂FD-HX能吸附在黏土颗粒表面,填充泥饼的孔隙,使钠基膨润土基浆滤失量显著降低,使滤失量降低率超过70%;封堵剂FD-HX加入水基钻井液中,对水基钻井液的流变性能影响较小,使水基钻井液的高温高压滤失量仅为4.2 mL;封堵剂FD-HX的LC50为1.1×10^(5)mg/L,BOD5与CODcr的比值为15.8%,表明封堵剂FD-HX具有良好的环境好友性。 In the process of drilling,asphalt plugging agent is often added to improve the stability of borehole wall,but its environmental protection performance is poor,and its application is limited.To solve the above problems,plugging agent FD-HX was prepared by C5 petroleum resin,maleic anhydride and monoethanolamine as raw materials.The plugging performance of FD-HX was evaluated by high temperature and high pressure filtration apparatus and permeability plugging instrument.The environmental friendliness of FD-HX was analyzed by halogenated method,biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5)and chemical oxygen demand(CODCr)tests.The results showed that the plugging agent FD-HX could adsorb on the surface of clay particles and fill the pores of mud cake,which significantly reduced the filtration loss of sodium-bentonite-based slurry,and the filtration loss reduction rate was more than 70%.When FD-HX was added into the water-based drilling fluid,it had little influence on the rheological properties of the water-based drilling fluid,so that the HTHP filtration loss of the water-based drilling fluid was only 4.2 mL.The LC50 of FD-HX was 1.1×10^(5) mg·L^(-1),and the ratio of BOD5 to CODCr was 15.8%,indicating that FD-HX had good environmental friend-ability.
