摘要
电铲是一种重要的露天采矿设备,它是一种适用于地表剥离、采矿等作业的大型设备。P&H2800XPB电铲作为目前比较主流的矿产设备,其性能的好坏直接影响着矿山的产量和企业的效益。本文以平朔安家岭露天矿为例,该矿主要挖掘设备就是P&H2800XPB电铲。平朔公司建矿以来,电铲铲斗大修都是使用进口或国产耐磨板,耐磨性相对较差,而且不适合坑下的作业环境,使用周期短,维修成本增加;为此,安家岭电铲车间群策群力、集思广议,在分析P&H2800XPB电铲原装铲斗斗唇护套存在缺陷的基础上,通过试制改造后的护套,工作量将大大降低,这样既保障了电铲设备维修的正常工期,也间接增加了电铲的经济效益。
The electric shovel is one of the main large-scale equipment in open pit mining,which is used for stripping of mine surface and min-ing and loading of ore.The performance of P&H2800XPB shovel,as a mainstream mining equipment,directly affects the output of mines and the ben-efits of enterprises.This paper takes Pingshuo Anjialing open-pit mine as an example,the main mining equipment is P&H2800XPB shovel.Since the construction of the mine,the electric shovel bucket overhaul is the use of imported or domestic wear-resistant plate,wear resistance is relatively poor,and not suitable for the working environment under the pit,the service cycle is short,the maintenance cost increases;To this end,the Anjialing electric shovel workshop brainstormin,brainstorming,on the basis of analyzing the defects of P&H2800XPB electric shovel original bucket lip sheath,through trial production of the modified sheath,the workload will be greatly reduced,which not only ensures the normal maintenance period of the electric shovel equipment,but also indirectly increases the economic benefits of the electric shovel.
