摘要
常规的电气自动化监控系统增加了大量的观测模块与反演模块,极大地加大了系统的运行负担,影响监控效果,为此,本文设计了基于PLC的电气自动化仪表监控系统。在硬件方面,设计了PLC;在软件方面,建立电气自动化仪表监控功能模块,根据电气自动化仪表监控数据,生成多种监控功能,满足系统功能需求。设计电气自动化仪表监控逻辑程序,在后台处理串口接收数据,并结合可编程功能将对应的数据存储到相应的结构体中,优化系统的后台处理功能。结果表明,该系统的前端性能更佳,能应用于实际生活。
The conventional electrical automation monitoring system has added a large number of observation and inversion modules,greatly increasing the operational burden of the system and affecting the monitoring effect.Therefore,this paper designed a PLC-based electrical automation instrument monitoring system.Designed a PLC in terms of hardware.In terms of software,establish a monitoring function module for electrical automation instruments,generate multiple monitoring functions based on the monitoring data of electrical automation instruments,and meet the system functional requirements.Design an electrical automation instrument monitoring logic program to process data received by serial port in the background,and store the data in corresponding structure using programmable functions to optimize the system′s backend processing function.The results indicate that the front-end performance of the system is better and can be applied to practical life.
