摘要
关于旧工业建筑改造为酒店,建立一个合适的评价指标体系有助于城市荒废工业建筑的发展。本研究采用网络文本挖掘、访谈、文献、文件规范研究方法确立了22个旧工业建筑改造为酒店的二级指标,运用主成分分析法确定适应性评价的一级指标,构建了旧工业建筑改造为酒店的适应性评价指标体系,为旧工业建筑改造为酒店的规划、建设和管理提供理论指导。
Regarding the transformation of old industrial buildings into hotels,the establishment of a suitable evaluation index system is conducive to the development of urban abandoned industrial buildings.In this study,network text mining,interviews,literature,and document specification research methods were used to establish the second-level indicators of 22 old industrial buildings transformed into hotels.The principal component analysis method was used to determine the first-level indicators of adaptive evaluation,and the old industrial buildings were transformed into hotels.The adaptive evaluation index system provides theoretical guidance for the planning,construction and management of the transformation of old industrial buildings into hotels.
