摘要
研究了3种外防腐涂层体系的防腐蚀性和耐老化性,评估了其在沿海工业大气环境中用于钢结构防腐的可行性。结果表明,在沿海工业大气环境中,由含石墨烯的环氧富锌底漆、传统环氧中涂漆和聚氨酯面漆组成的配套体系在涂层破损和完好的情况下均能起到较好的防腐蚀作用。聚硅氧烷涂层具有更好的耐老化性能,在没有破损的情况下,表现出良好的防腐性能。
The corrosion resistance and aging resistance of three external anticorrosive coatings systems were studied to evaluate the feasibility of their application in the corrosion protection of steel structures in the coastal industrial atmosphere.The results show that in the coastal industrial atmosphere,the coatings system consisting of epoxy zinc-rich primer containing graphene,traditional epoxy medium coat and polyurethane topcoat provides better corrosion protection in both damaged and intact coatings conditions.Polysiloxane coatings have better aging resistance and shows good corrosion resistance without damage.
