摘要
采用熵值法从经济发展、农民生活、农业生产效率、农业投入和生态发展5个方面构建评价指标体系,对陕西省农业发展水平进行综合评价。结果表明,经济发展、农业生产效率和农业投入对陕西省农业发展水平影响大;从各市的综合得分及排名来看,榆林市排名第一,西安市、宝鸡市和延安市次之,铜川市和商洛市的综合优势较弱。提出持续推进生态环境建设;不断提高区域内优势农业生产效率;不断缩小区域间农民生活水平差距;积极推进农业高质量发展等建议,以期提高陕西省农业发展综合水平。
Using entropy method,the evaluation index system was constructed from five aspects:economic development,farmers'life,agricultural production efficiency,agricultural input and ecological development,and the agricultural development level of Shaanxi Province was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that economic development,agricultural production efficiency and agricultural input had great influence on the level of agricultural development in Shaanxi Province.From the comprehensive scores and rankings of each city,Yulin ranked first,followed by Xi'an,Baoji and Yan'an,while Tongchuan and Shangluo had weak comprehensive advantages.Put forward the continuous promotion of ecological environment construction;Continuously improve the regional superior agricultural production efficiency;Narrowing the gap of farmers'living standards between regions;Actively promote the high-quality development of agriculture and other suggestions,in order to improve the comprehensive level of agricultural development in Shaanxi Province.
