摘要
近十年来,学者们基于儒家、法家、道家、墨家等不同的学派的视角对先秦诸家国家治理思想展开研究并取得丰富的研究成果,但仍存在对不同学派研究不均衡、对先秦诸家国家治理思想负面因素的批判性研究匮乏、未摆脱西方“现代性”框架的窠臼等问题。对此,可从三方面入手进一步推进先秦诸家国家治理思想的研究:第一,研究先秦诸家国家治理思想要以助力国家治理现代化为价值导向;第二,研究先秦诸家国家治理思想要坚持创造性转化创新性发展的原则要求;第三,研究先秦诸家国家治理思想要对相关薄弱环节加大支持力度。
In the past decade,scholars have conducted research on the pre-Qin state governance thoughts from the perspectives of different schools such as Confucianism,Legalism,Taoism,and Mohism,and have achieved plentiful research results.However,there are some flaws with the research such as imbalance in studying different schools,deficiency of critical research on the negative factors of pre-Qin state governance thoughts from various schools,and failure to get out of the conventional Western“modernity”framework.In this regard,further research on the state governance thoughts of the pre-Qin period can be proceeded from three aspects.Firstly,the research should be guided by the value to enhance modernization of state governance.Secondly,the research should uphold the principle of creative transformation and innovative development.Thirdly,it is necessary to increase support for the weak link in existed research.
