摘要
目的分析骨折卧床便秘患者接受中药穴位贴敷结合情志护理的干预效果。方法方便选取2021年1月—2022年12月新沂市中医医院收治的67例骨折卧床便秘患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(30例,传统护理)、观察组(37例,对照组基础上实施中药穴位贴敷结合情志护理),对比两组患者并发症、心理状态、舒适度以及护理满意度。结果观察组并发症发生率为2.70%,较对照组的23.33%更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.888,P<0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分为(41.23±3.23)分、(36.31±2.66)分,相较对照组的(45.15±3.44)分、(39.10±3.24)分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.798、3.872,P<0.05);观察组舒适度(General Comfort Questionnaire,GCQ)评分为(101.38±7.55)分,较对照组的(89.60±5.65)分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=7.084,P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为97.30%,较对照组的76.67%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.888,P<0.05)。结论骨折卧床便秘者给予其中药穴位贴敷结合情志护理,可以获得比较理想的效果,有利于焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪的改善,提升患者的舒适度与满意度,有效防控并发症的发生。
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with emotional nursing for patients with constipation in bed.Methods 67 patients with bone fracture bed rest constipation admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group(30 cases,traditional nursing)and observation group(37 cases,traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with emotional nursing)according to random number table method.Complications,psychological state,comfort level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.70%,lower than 23.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.888,P<0.05).After nursing,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were(41.23±3.23)points and(36.31±2.66)points,compared with the control group(45.15±3.44)points and(39.10±3.24)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.798,3.872,P<0.05).The score of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in the observation group was(101.38±7.55)points,which was higher than that in the control group(89.60±5.65)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.084,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.30%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.888,P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with emotional care for patients with constipation in bed can achieve ideal results,which is conducive to the improvement of anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,and effectively prevent and control the occurrence of complications.
