摘要
为解决永和沿黄旅游公路路面施工中出现透层油沥青渗透程度低、防水性能差的问题,设计了路面透层油施工技术的研究方案。选用慢裂洒布型乳化沥青进行喷洒,喷洒后观察洒布内的粘稠情况。对洒布车喷嘴进行加热防止管口不能使用,调整喷嘴的喷射方向与高度,设定洒布宽度,保持基层湿润。喷洒后使用双钢轮压路机碾压并做到压实,处理接缝并对沥青路表面做好养护进而实现路面透层油施工。试验结果证明,改进方法具有良好的应用效果,施工后的道路符合要求。
In order to solve the problems of low permeability and poor waterproof performance of the prime coat asphalt in the pavement construction of the Yonghe Yellow River Tourist Highway,a research scheme of the construction technology of the prime coat asphalt is designed.The slow-crack distribution emulsified asphalt is selected for spraying,and the viscosity in the distribution is observed after spraying.Heat the spray nozzle of the distributor to prevent the nozzle from being unusable,adjust the spray direction and height of the nozzle,set the spray width,and keep the base moist.After spraying,use the double-wheel roller to roll and compact,treat the joints and maintain the asphalt pavement surface to achieve the construction of the pavement prime coat.The test results show that the improved method has good application effect and the road after construction meets the requirements.
