摘要
本文基于缺铁性贫血(IDA)对近年补铁剂的开发与应用研究展开综述,为补铁剂的研发与临床选择提供新思路。重点介绍了IDA不同阶段、补铁剂型选择、适应证及不良反应等,并对一些处于临床研究阶段的补铁剂进行了介绍。随着抗贫血研究的深入,研究热点将聚焦于利用植物、微生物及海洋生物等资源,有望开发出用药更安全、吸收利用度更高、起效更快的新型补铁剂。
This paper reviews the development and application of iron supplements based on iron deficiency anemia(IDA)in recent years,providing new ideas for the development and clinical selection of iron supplements.The different stages of IDA,the selection of types of iron supplements,indications and adverse reactions are mainly introduced.Some iron supplements in the stage of clinical research are also introduced.With the development of anti-anemia research,the research hotspots will focus on the utilization of plants,microorganisms and marine organisms,and other resources,and it is expected to develop a new iron supplement with safer medication,higher absorption and utilization,and faster onset time.
