3D打印及数字化扫描技术在口腔全科住院医师规范化培训及正畸教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究3D打印及数字化扫描技术在口腔全科住院医师规范化培训及正畸教学中的应用。方法选择2019年9月—2021年8月进入本院口腔全科住院医师规范化培训基地进行规培的住院医师30名,随机分为观察组(3D打印与数字化扫描技术联合教学)、对照组(传统带教方式),每组15名。比较分析住院医师考核成绩、带教的满意度、培训效果评价、管理质量评分等。结果同对照组的口腔正畸住院医师实际操作考核和理论成绩比较,观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同对照组的各项培训效果评价指标比较,观察组的口腔正畸住院医师的应对问题、团队协作、思维拓展、激发兴趣、提升综合技能的能力更强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理技巧、应急能力、实践操作流程、服务态度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对进入本院口腔全科住院医师规范化培训基地进行规培的住院医师,通过采用3D打印与数字化扫描技术联合教学,能够改善口腔正畸学住院医师的培训效果评价指标,提升他们对带教的满意程度,理论和临床实际操作成绩、管理质量评分均明显提升,适合应用于临床推广。 Objective To explore the application of 3D printing and digital scanning technology in standardized training and orthodontic teaching for general dentists.Methods Thirty residents who entered our hospital's standardized training base for resident dentists from September 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group(combined teaching of 3D printing and digital scanning technology);The control group(traditional teaching method)consists of 15 students each.Compare and analyze resident physician assessment results,satisfaction with teaching,evaluation of training effectiveness,and management quality scores.The results showed that compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores in terms of actual operational assessment and theoretical performance of orthodontic residents,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the observation group,14(93.33%)had a higher satisfaction level than 10(66.67%)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,it was found that the observation group's orthodontic residents had higher abilities in problemsolving,teamwork,thinking expansion,stimulating interest,and improving comprehensive skills,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The observation group had higher nursing skills,emergency response ability,practical operation process,and service attitude than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For residents who have entered our hospital's standardized training base for dental general practitioners,the combination of 3D printing and digital scanning technology in teaching can improve the evaluation indicators of training effectiveness for orthodontic residents,enhance their satisfaction with teaching,and significantly improve their theoretical and clinical operational performance and management quality scores,making them suitable for clinical promotion.
