摘要
采用乙醇和正己烷对神府低变质烟煤(SF)进行预处理,并在固定床热解装置上进行慢速热解,探究预处理对煤热解特性的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱法(FTIR)、热重(TG)、气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)和气相色谱法(GC)对煤预处理前后变化及热解产物进行分析。结果表明,预处理能不同程度促进SF煤向轻质产物的转化,并富集焦油中的芳香化合物,乙醇预处理后,焦油中芳香烃相对百分含量增加明显(达47.99%),正己烷预处理后,焦油中苯酚相对百分含量增加(达30.43%)。
Shenfu low-metamorphic bituminous coal(SF)was pretreated with ethanol and n-hexane and then pyrolyzed at a slow rate in a fixed-bed pyrolysis plant to explore the influence of pretreatment on the pyrolysis characteristics of the coal.The changes of coal before and after pretreatment and the pyrolysis products were analyzed by X-ray diffractometry(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric(TG),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and gas chromatography(GC).The results showed that pretreatment could promote the transformation of SF coal into light products and enrich the aromatic compounds in tar.After ethanol pretreatment,the relative percentage of aromatic hydrocarbons in tar increased significantly(up to 47.99%),and the relative percentage of phenol in tar after n-hexane pretreatment increased significantly(up to 30.43%).
