摘要
牵引电机异响问题在国内地铁行业屡见不鲜,产生异响的原因错综复杂,其中公路运输问题导致的轴承缺陷是产生异响最常见的原因。但公路运输造成轴承缺陷的原因,也各不相同,针对不同的轴承缺陷成因,采取不同的或相适应的防护措施,对避免非设备制造或使用缺陷的产生具有重要价值。同时,如果不能及时检测和发现轴承缺陷,随着电机的持续运转缺陷会不断扩大衍化,最终对列车的安全运行造成恶劣影响。为解决公路运输带来的牵引电机轴承非正常损伤检测问题,文章通过总结国内各家地铁项目牵引电机轴承压痕的研究经验,通过试验,对比了主流的电机轴承缺陷检测手段实用效果,提出了更适用于地铁公司在运维中使用的多技术手段融合的检测方案;通过研究缺陷的衍化规律,从经济和安全角度探讨了缺陷处理的及时性;同时研究了地铁车辆公路运输的特点,分析比较了各家地铁车辆及牵引电机防护方案及实施效果的优劣,针对公路运输防护不当带来的潜在隐患,提出了更为可靠的方案。
The problem of abnormal sounds of the traction motor is often seen in Chinese metro industry.The causes of abnormal sounds are complex and the most common one is the bearing defects caused by road transportation.However,there are different reasons for the bearing defects caused by road transportation,so it’s significant to take different or adequate protection measures for different causes of bearing defects to avoid the defects not related to the manufacture and the use of equipment.Meanwhile,if it’s impossible to detect and find out the bearing defects in time,the defects will constantly grow and derived with the continual operation of the motor and finally make a bad influence on the safe operation of the train.To solve the problem of detection of abnormal damages of the bearings of traction motor caused by road transportation,this article summarizes the research experience of different Chinese metro projects in the indentation of bearings of traction motor,makes test comparison of the practical effects of the dominant methods of detecting the motor bearing defects and proposes a detection solution integrating multiple technological means and more applicable to the operation and maintenance of metro companies.By studying the derivation rule of defects,the article discusses about the promptness of defect treatment from the economic and safety perspective;meanwhile,it studies the characteristics of road transportation of metro cars,analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the car and traction motor protection solutions of different metro companies and their implementation effects,and proposes a more reliable solution for the potential risks caused by improper protection during road transportation.
