摘要
针对船舶建造中的平对接焊缝,采用不同厚度钢材料母材,分别进行数字射线检测(Digital Radiography Testing,DRT)和常规胶片射线检测(Radiography Testing,RT)的检测技术标准等效性要求对比和检测等效性试验,并对试板焊缝缺陷的DRT和常规胶片RT进行评定。结果表明,DRT与常规胶片RT具有等效性。
In view of the flat butt welds in ship construction,the steel base materials of different thicknesses are used to make a comparison of equivalence requirements of testing technology standards and conduct a testing equivalence test between Digital Radiography Testing(DRT)and conventional film Radiography Testing(RT),and DRT and conventional film RT of weld defects of test plate are evaluated.The results show that DRT and conventional film RT are of equivalence.
