摘要
猪源不动杆菌是一种常见致病菌,可以引发猪的肠道炎症甚至造成其腹泻。近年来,随着生猪养殖产业的快速发展,不动杆菌感染对养猪业造成了严重威胁。因此研究猪源不动杆菌的致病因子和毒力机制,对于探索其致病机制、预防和控制感染具有重要意义。对此,文章采用分子生物学技术,对猪源不动杆菌进行生物学鉴定,并对其致病性机制展开详细研究,以期为有效控制我国的猪源不动杆菌感染提供参考。
Porcine acinetobacter is a common pathogenic bacterium that can cause intestinal inflammation and diarrhea in pigs.In recent years,with the rapid development of the pig breed industry,acinetobacter infections have posed a serious threat to the industry.Studying the pathogenic factors and virulence mechanisms of porcine acinetobacter molecular biology is of great significance for exploring its pathogenic mechanism,preventing and controlling infection.Therefore,the paper uses molecular biology techniques to identify and study the pathogenicity of acinetobacter molecular biology,in order to provide reference for effective control of Acinetobacter suis infection in China.
