摘要
文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对相关政策文件和招生规则进行研读,对高中校园足球人才上升路径进行梳理,将高中校园足球人才上升通道分为职业化人才上升通道和专业化人才上升通道,并对两条人才上升通道的困境进行剖析。分析两条人才上升通道的过程及其要求,发现其分别存在着学训矛盾、保障机制不健全、人才上升通道淤塞等问题。依据人才上升通道的要求针对人才的培养与输送困境提出了提升训练的科学化水平、拓宽人才上升通道、积极组织相关赛事、搭建教练员沟通机制等措施。以期为高中校园足球人才培养与输送提供有益借鉴,助力高中校园足球人才输送,为高中校园足球学生的升学选择提供参考。
This paper studies the relevant policy documents and admission rules by using the research methods of literature and logical analysis,sorts out the ascending path of high school campus football talents,divides the ascending path of high school campus football talents into professional ascending path and professional ascending path,and analyzes the dilemma of the two ascending paths.By analyzing the process and requirements of the two channels,it is found that there are some problems,such as the contradiction of learning and training,the imperfect guarantee mechanism and the blockage of the channels.According to the requirements of talent promotion channel,some optimization and improvement measures are put forward to improve the scientific level of training,open up and broaden the talent promotion channel,actively organize related competitions,and build a communication mechanism for coaches and teachers.It is expected that this study can provide beneficial reference for the cultivation and transportation of football talents in high school,help the transportation of football talents in high school,and provide reference for the selection of high school football students.
