环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置乙二醇紫外透光率降低原因分析及对策 被引量:3

Analysis and countermeasures for reduction of ultraviolet transmittance of monoethylene glycol in ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol plant

摘要 针对福建古雷石化有限公司10/70万t/a环氧乙烷/乙二醇(EO/EG)装置在满负荷运行时,乙二醇(MEG)产品紫外透光率(UV值)持续缓慢下降的情况,不仅分析了相关影响因素及其原因,还实施了相应对策。结果表明:需规范优化MEG采样分析操作流程,并确保在采样后的1 h内及时取样、化验分析;降低EO汽提塔pH值,并稳定受控于5.5~7.0;将EO反应温度从235.25℃降低至229.67℃;对水处理单元的阴阳树脂适时鼓泡再生处理3 h;将满负荷运行时的MEG塔侧线含醛质量分数从109×10^(-6)降低至59×10^(-6)。在上述对策优化实施后,银催化剂的选择性从84.5%提高至86.0%,MEG产品在275 nm波长紫外光下的UV值从92.3%提高到94.7%。 Aiming at the continuous and slow decrease in the UV transmittance(UV value)of monoethylene glycol(MEG)products during full load operation of the 0.1/0.7 Mt/a ethylene oxide(EO)/ethylene glycol(EG)unit of Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Co Ltd,the relevant influencing factors and reasons were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were implemented.The results showed that the countermeasures were as follows:standardized and optimized MEG sampling&analysis process,and ensured timely sampling&analysis within 1 h after sampling;Reduced pH value of EO stripper and stably controlled at 5.5-7.0;Reduced EO reaction temperature from 235.25℃to 229.67℃;Timely did the bubbling&regenerating operation for the anion&cation exchange resins of the water treatment unit for 3 h;Decreased the mass fraction of formaldehyde in the side line of MEG tower from 109×10^(-6)to 59×10^(-6)during full load operation.After the optimization and implementation of the above countermeasures,the selectivity of silver catalysts increased from 84.5%to 86.0%,and the UV value of MEG products increased from 92.3%to 94.7%under the 275 nm ultraviolet light.
