D型施工便梁超高曲线下加固设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 双层框架箱涵采用顶进施工法下穿铁路路基段。铁路路基在此范围内超高超常规,且曲线半径小。框架箱涵顶进前需要对铁路4条线路进行加固,加固体系采用(12m+16m+12m)D型施工便梁,在D型施工便梁横梁翼缘板上增设1cm钢板;同时在16m跨D型施工便梁下设置现浇混凝土纵、横托梁,以增强整体刚度来确保铁路运营安全性。 Double-deck frame box culvert is pushed under the subgrade section of railway line.The subgrade of railway lines is super high beyond the normal,and the small curve radius within this range.Before the frame box culvert is pushed,the railway four lines need to be strengthened.The(12 m+16 m+12 m)beam of D-type is adopted as reinforcement system,and 1 cm steel plate is added on the flange plate of D-type beam.At the same time,the longitudinal and transverse joists are installed under the 16 m beams of D-type to enhance the overall stiffness for the safety of railway operation.
