摘要
西红花是一种名贵中药材和香料,具有预防和治疗脑血栓、抗癌等功效。球茎腐烂病是西红花生产上最严重的病害,由致病尖镰孢等多种真菌引起,严重影响西红花的品质和产量。本文系统总结了西红花球茎腐烂病的致病菌鉴定、生物防治、农业防治等方面的最新研究进展,为建立西红花球茎腐烂病的综合防治技术和制定西红花生产技术规范提供参考。
Crocus sativus is a precious traditional Chinese medicine and spice,which has the effects of preventing and treating cerebral thrombosis,anti-cancer and so on.Saffron corm rot is the most serious disease in its production.It is caused by a variety of fungi such as pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum,which seriously affects the quality and yield of saffron.This review systematically summarized the latest research progresses in pathogen identification,biological control and cultural control of saffron corm rot disease,so as to provide a reference for the effective control of saffron corm rot disease and the formulation of technical specifications in saffron production.
