摘要
木材是森林生态系统健康运转的主要产物。通过木材改性技术提高木材性能及附加值,解决存在的固有缺陷,延长木质产品的使用寿命,对实现森林生态建设与林木资源的可持续发展具有重要意义。文中综述了近年来硅酸钠改性木材的研究进展,从硅酸钠处理木材的改性机理出发,介绍影响木材硅酸钠改性效果的主要因素,阐述硅酸钠复合改性剂的优势,总结硅酸钠处理木材的主要工艺方法,归纳当前硅酸钠改性木材性能的研究重点,同时分析硅酸钠现阶段发展面临的挑战以及未来研究方向,旨在为促进硅酸钠改性木材的高值化研究与工业化应用提供参考。
Wood is the main product from the sustainable functioning of forest ecosystems.Wood modification technology offers a means to enhance wood performance,increase wood value-addition,rectify inherent wood defects,and extend the service life of wood and wood products,and plays a significant role in realizing forest ecological improvement and facilitating the sustainable development of forest resources.This paper provides a comprehensive review of recent advancements in the research on sodium silicate modified wood.In view of the modification mechanism of wood treated with sodium silicate,the key factors influencing the efficacy of sodium silicate modification are summarized,the advantages of sodium silicate composite modifiers are expounded,and the primary techniques and processes employed for treating wood with sodium silicate are presented.Furthermore,the current focuses of the research on the properties of sodium silicate modified wood are summarized,and the challenges faced by sodium silicate at the present stage and the future research directions are analyzed.This study is aimed at offering valuable insights for promoting the research on and the industrial application of high-value-addition sodium silicate modified wood.
