摘要
目的探讨益气化瘀盆炎汤加减治疗在盆腔炎患者中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月山东省淄博市中医医院收治的92例盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用益气化瘀盆炎汤加减治疗,两组患者均治疗14 d。比较两组患者盆腔积液量及炎性包块直径、中医症状评分、血液流变学指标、临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后的盆腔积液量少于对照组,炎性包块直径短于对照组,小腹坠胀评分、腰骶酸痛评分、神疲乏力评分、带下量多评分及血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、血小板聚集率(PAR)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论益气化瘀盆炎汤加减治疗可改善盆腔炎患者血液流变学指标,促进炎性包块缩小,减少盆腔积液量,促进症状恢复,且安全可靠。
Objective To explore the application value of Modified Yiqi Huayu Penyan Decoction in the treatment of pelvic inflammation patients.Methods A total of 92 patients with pelvic inflammation treated in Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Modified Yiqi Huayu Penyan Decoction.Both groups were treated for 14 d.The amount of pelvic effusion,diameter of inflammatory mass,traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score,hemorheology index and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the amount of pelvic effusion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the diameter of inflammatory mass was shorter than that in the control group,the lower abdominal bulging score,lumbosacral pain score,fatigue score,multiple subband score,plasma viscosity(PV),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and platelet aggregation ratio(PAR)were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Modified Yiqi Huayu Penyan Decoction can improve the hemorheology index of patients with pelvic inflammation,promote the reduction of inflammatory mass,reduce the amount of pelvic effusion,promote the recovery of symptoms,and is safe and reliable.
