摘要
目的 探讨优质护理理念应用于老年疝气手术患者护理中的价值。方法 将2020年3月-2022年3月本院收治的106例老年疝气手术患者,按双盲随机法分对照组(n=53,常规护理)、实验组(n=53,优质护理)。比较两组护理前后焦虑SAS评分和抑郁SDS评分、视觉模拟评分、对工作满意度、复发率。结果 实验组焦虑SAS评分和抑郁SDS评分、视觉模拟评分低于对照组,对工作满意度高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 老年疝气手术患者实施优质护理效果确切。
Objective To explore application value of high-quality nursing concepts for elderly patients with hernia surgery.Methods The paper chose 106 elderly patients with hernia surgery in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly with double blind method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while experimental group with high-quality nursing.Anxiety SAS scores,depression SDS scores,visual simulation scores,work satisfaction degree and recurrence rate were compared between two groups before and after nursing.Results Anxiety SAS scores,depression SDS scores,visual simulation scores,and work satisfaction degree of experimental group were lower than control group,and recurrence rate was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing care can achieve definite effect for elderly patients with hernia surgery.
