摘要
由于医疗机构的救治压力不断加大,医疗机构面临巨大的风险和挑战。医学临床实习工作的具体管理活动工作,受到人们的高度关注,实习生管理的安全性以及科学性,也跟随新时期变化而变化,使得相应管理制度更加具体且完善,怎样使医学临床实习生管理工作能够取得理想的成果,已经成为当前相应教育者重点思考的话题。基于此,本文针对新时期背景下医学临床实习管理意义、管理现状、管理路径,以及医学教育等展开研究。
With continuous optimization of medical education policies in China,medical institutions have faced increasing treatment pressure,enormous risks and challenges.Specific management activities related to medical clinical internship work have attacted more attention from the public.Safety and scientificity of internship management follows medicine changes constantly in new era,corresponding management system has become more specific and complete.How to achieve ideal results in medical clinical internship management has become a key topic for current educators.on the basis,the article researches significance,current management status,management paths,and medical education of medical clinical internship management under background of new era.
