摘要
目的 观察通灌浓煎剂保留灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法 将70例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分成治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例),分别以通灌浓煎剂保留灌肠及口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗1个月,通过临床症状的改善情况及肠镜检查观察其疗效。结果 疗程结束后治疗组总有效率为94.29%,对照组为76.47%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。比较两组Mayo评分系统积分,治疗组在大便次数、便血、肠镜检查、总体评价方面优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通灌浓煎剂保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of perfusion decoction retention enema in ulcerative colitis.Methods Seventy patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases),and the enema was retained with through-irrigation decoction and oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets for 1 month,and the efficacy was observed through the improvement of clinical symptoms and colonoscopy.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%and the control group was 76.47%,and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the scores of the Mayo scoring system between the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of stool frequency,blood in the stool,colonoscopy,and overall evaluation,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of retaining enema with concentrated decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is remarkable.
