摘要
目的 对比右美托咪定与丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼应用在宫腔镜诊刮术中的临床麻醉效果。方法 选取本院2021年1月-2022年12月收治的118例宫腔镜诊刮术患者作为研究对象,根据患者的入院时间、年龄、体重、麻醉危险等级等,将其划分成两组,各59例。一组设置成A组,实施常规麻醉方案;另一组设置成B组,实施右美托咪定与丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼的麻醉方案,对比两组患者血流动力学、手术水平、不良反应发生率及满意度。结果 在血流动力学、MAP水平、HR水平、手术市场、术后清醒时间、离开手术室时间、不良反应发生率等方面,B组均优于A组,差异显著(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论 宫腔镜诊刮术中,采用右美托咪定与丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼麻醉方案具有更加良好的应用效果,有利于稳定患者血流动力学水平,加快手术速度,缩短手术时间,预防麻醉不良反应的出现,提升患者满意度,值得大规模推广。
Objective To investigate clinical anesthesia effect of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol and sufentanil in hysteroscopic curettage.Methods The paper chose 118 patients with hysteroscopic curettage admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into two groups based on admission time,age,weight and level of anesthesia risk,with 59 cases in each group.Group A was treated with routine anesthesia regimen,while group B with dexmedetomidine propofol combined sufentanil anesthesia scheme.Hemodynamics,surgical level,incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction degree between two groups was compared.Results Hemodynamics,MAP level,HR level,surgical market,postoperative wake-up time,surgery leaving time and incidence of adverse reactions of group B was better than group A,with significant difference and statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion During hysteroscopic curettage,combination of dexmedetomidine and propofol with sufentanil anesthesia can achieve good application effect,help stabilize hemodynamic level of patients,accelerate operation speed,shorten operation time,prevent incidence of adverse anesthetic reactions,improve satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of promotion in a large scale.
