摘要
目的 探究动态心电图用于老年冠心病患者心肌缺血、心律失常临床诊断的价值。方法 随机将2021年3月-2023年1月本院收治的160例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象,分别进行常规心电图检查、动态心电图检查。对比两种检查方式的心肌缺血检出率、心律失常检出率、诊断有效率、满意度。结果 以冠脉造影为诊断标准,结果显示,所有患者中,心肌缺血92例、心律失常68例。常规心电图检查结果显示,心肌缺血79例、心律失常57例。动态心电图检查结果显示,心肌缺血88例、心律失常66例。常规心电图组心肌缺血、心律失常检出率低于动态心电图组(P<0.05);动态心电图组诊断有效率优于常规心电图组(P<0.05);动态心电图组诊断满意度高于常规心电图组(P<0.05)。结论 与常规心电图检查相比,动态心电图在诊断老年冠心病患者心肌缺血与心律失常等并发症中的效果更理想,检出率高且安全,备受患者认可,值得推广。
Objective To explore value of Holter monitor in clinical diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The paper chose 160 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 as study subjects,with routine electrocardiogram and Holter monitor respectively.Detection rate,diagnostic effect and satisfaction degree of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia was compared between two groups.Results With diagnostic standard of coronary angiography,among all patients,92 cases had myocardial ischemia and 68 cases had arrhythmia.Routine electrocardiogram examination results showed,79 cases had myocardial ischemia and 57 cases had arrhythmia;Holter monitor showed 88 cases of myocardial ischemia and 66 cases of arrhythmia;detection rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in routine ECG group was lower than Holter monitor group(P<0.05).Diagnostic efficiency of Holter monitor group was better than routine electrocardiogram group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of diagnosis in Holter monitor group was higher than routine electrocardiogram group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holter monitor can achieve better effect in diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia and other complications of elderly patients with coronary heart disease than routine electrocardiogram,with high detection rate and safety,which is widely recognized by patients and worthy of promotion.
