摘要
信息时代,人们对气象影视节目的时效性、准确性、丰富性提出了更高的要求,这就需要制作人员在一定时间内制作完成大量的、丰富的气象影视节目。而目前全区的气象播出系统是集天气预报、字幕系统与非线性制作于一体的专业的制作平台上完成,能够接受国家气象局标准的气象电码自动生成预报,非常快捷、高效、方便。
With the development of the information age,people have higher and higher requirements for the timeliness,accuracy and richness of meteorological film and television programmes,which requires the production staff to produce a large number of rich meteorological film and television programmes within a certain period of time.At present,the meteorological broadcasting system of the whole region was a professional production platform integrating weather forecast,subtitle system and nonlinear production,which can accept the standard meteorological code of the National Meteorological Bureau to generate forecasts automatically,which is very fast,efficient and convenient.
