新型薄膜热电堆热流传感器动态特性测试研究 被引量:3

摘要 高速热流传感器广泛应用于测量航空发动机涡轮叶片表面热流密度,时间域方面利用时间常数来表征传感器的动态特性。传统的热流传感器动态校准方法,其热流源存在输出功率小,热流不均匀等问题,已然无法满足未来高速热流传感器的动态校准需求。基于高功率光纤输出半导体激光器辐射热流动态校准系统,系统响应时间为μs级,输出热流密度可达50MW/m^(2)。通过Z-t变换测得热流传感器时间常数约为115ms;进行测量不确定度分析,获得扩展不确定度1.804ms,最终获得时间常数最佳估计值τ=(115±1.804)ms,完成薄膜热电堆热流传感器动态测试,并分析传感器动态性能以及综合评价测试平台。 High-speed heat flux sensors are widely used in the measurement of heat flux density on the surface of turbine blades of aerospace engines,and the time constant is one of the important dynamic characteristic parameters of the sensor.The traditional test method has a low upper limit of the output heat flow value of the heat flow source,which cannot meet the test requirements of future high-speed heat flow sensors.The radiation heat flow test system uses a high-power fiber output semiconductor laser as the radiation heat flow source,the system response time is μs level,and the heat flow output can reach 50MW/m^(2).The time constant of the heat flow sensor measured by Z-t transformation is about 115ms.The measurement uncertainty is analyzed,and the expanded uncertainty of 1.804ms is obtained,and the best estimated time constant valueτ=(115±1.804)ms is finally obtained,and the thin film thermopile is completed.Dynamic test of heat flow sensor is completed,sensor dynamic performance and comprehensive evaluation of the test platform are analyzed.
