摘要 国家“双碳”目标的提出,促使通信行业对站点节能降碳的要求提高,室外柜级制冷技术这种更加低碳的建设模式成为趋势。目前室外柜空调无法满足5G高功耗设备散热需求,并存在故障和安全等问题。此外,空间不足、安装困难和线缆暴露易破坏等问题导致无法适配C-RAN建设。针对上述问题,本文提出新型室外柜的极简建站方案,使用新型柜级制冷单元加兼容多类型设备柜,解决供冷量不足和空间有限的问题;采用变频技术加精确制冷,实现站点节能降碳。 The proposal of the national"double carbon"goal has prompted the communication industry to raise the requirements for energy conservation and carbon reduction of sites,and the more low-carbon construction mode of room transfer has become a trend.Currently,outdoor cabinet air conditioners cannot meet the heat dissipation requirements of high-power devices,and faults and safety problems exist.In addition,problems such as insufficient space,difficult installation,and easy damage of cables can not be adapted to C-RAN construction.To solve the above problems,this paper puts forward a minimalist station construction scheme of a new outdoor energy-saving cabinet,using a new cabinet level refrigeration unit+compatible with multiple types of equipment cabinets,to solve the problem of insufficient cooling capacity and limited space.Frequency conversion technology+precise refrigeration is adopted to achieve energy saving and carbon reduction at the site.
