摘要
本文旨在设计一种变压器软启动智能化系统,以解决数据中心核心机楼变压器长时间运行可能出现的问题,比如超长运行时间和潜在的设备故障。使用独立的逻辑控制装置,采用IEC 61850和GOOSE通信方式传输逻辑信号节点信息。系统在运行中监测变压器的累计运行时间,并根据预先配置的逻辑自动倒换。该系统成功实现对变压器的智能管理,并确保设备运行稳定,及时发现并排除潜在故障,从而提高设备的可靠性和健康水平。变压器软启动智能化系统是一种有效的解决方案,可帮助管理变压器运行,减少设备运行时间过长的风险,提高设备的可靠性和性能,从而确保系统的安全稳定运行。
This study aims to design a transformer soft start intelligent system to address potential issues in the operation of transformers in central communication buildings,such as excessively long operation time and potential equipment faults.We adopted an independent logic control device that transmits logic signal node information using IEC 61850 and GOOSE communication methods.The system monitors the cumulative operation time of the transformers and automatically switches to the backup transformer with preconfigured logic.The system successfully enables intelligent management of transformers and ensures stable operation of the equipment,timely detection and elimination of potential faults,thereby improving the reliability and health level of the equipment.The transformer soft start intelligent system is an effective solution to manage the operation of transformers in the power distribution room of a data center core equipment room,reducing the risk of excessively long operation time and improving the reliability and performance of the equipment,thus ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system.
