摘要
针对传统人工方法监测二次设备运行状态时存在高压侧取电难、无法及时且准确发现设备故障的问题,本文基于物联网技术,设计了电气自动化二次设备远程监测系统。在硬件上,采用ML33-5 mm电涡流传感器与DHT22温湿度传感器设计传感器模块,采用STM32F746芯片设计主控模块;在软件上,基于物联网技术采集设备运行数据,通过层次分析法评估设备运行状态,完成远程监测。系统测试结果表明,该系统是可行且可靠的。
In response to the problem of difficulty in obtaining power from the high-voltage side and inability to timely and accurately detect equipment faults when traditional manual methods are used to monitor the operation status of secondary equipment,this paper designs a remote monitoring system for electrical automation secondary equipment based on Internet of Things technology.this paper designs a remote monitoring system for electrical automation secondary equipment.In terms of hardware,the ML33-5 mm eddy current sensor and DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor are used to design the sensor module,and the STM32F746 chip is used to design the main control module.On the software side,collect device operation data based on the internet of things technology.Evaluate the operational status of equipment through analytic hierarchy process and complete remote monitoring.The system testing results indicate that the system is feasible and reliable.
