摘要 高层建筑的外墙清洗一直是一项具有挑战性的任务,传统的清洗方式存在效率低、危险性高、水资源浪费等问题。本文探讨了机器视觉在高空幕墙清洗中的应用与优化,旨在提高清洗的自主性、效率和安全性。介绍了机器视觉技术的基本原理以及其在高空幕墙清洗中的作用。通过多重清洗技术、污水回收系统、高空行走安全性的结合以及自动化控制系统的优化,展示了如何优化清洗效率和增强安全性。此外,还探讨了机器视觉在清洗路径规划和故障检测中的应用。机器视觉的综合应用为高空幕墙清洗任务带来了更高的效率、更具有可靠性和环保性。 The cleaning of exterior walls in high-rise buildings has always been a challenging task,and traditional cleaning methods have problems such as low efficiency,high danger,and waste of water resources.This article explores the application and optimization of machine vision in high-altitude curtain wall cleaning,aiming to improve the autonomy,efficiency,and safety of cleaning.The basic principles of machine vision technology and its role in high-altitude curtain wall cleaning were also introduced.This article demonstrates how to optimize cleaning efficiency and enhance safety by combining multiple cleaning technologies,sewage recovery systems,high-altitude walking safety,and optimizing automation control systems.In addition,the application of machine vision in cleaning path planning and fault detection was also explored.The comprehensive application of machine vision has brought higher efficiency,reliability,and environmental friendliness to high-altitude curtain wall cleaning tasks.
