摘要
《西游记》通过各种英译作品在英美世界流传。文章阐述了《西游记》在英美世界的百年流传史,分析了《西游记》在英美世界的译介主体、译介内容、译介途径和译介效果及传播,并从多模态视角探讨了《西游记》在英美世界的非文本变形和传播,如《西游记》在英美世界的影视加工、动漫接受、舞台效果以及网络传播,以期系统化地研究《西游记》在英美世界的流变以及传播动态,创新多模态传播路径,更好地推动跨文化交流。
Journey to the West has been circulated throughout the British and American world through various English translation works.This study mainly elaborates on the century long spread of Journey to the West in Britain and America,analyzes the translation subject,content,channels,effects and transmission of Journey to the West in Britain and America,and explores the non-textual transformation and transmission of Journey to the West in Britain and America,such as film and television processing,animation reception,and stage effects and internet communication from the perspective of multimodality in order to systematically study the transformation and communication dynamics of Journey to the West in Britain and America and create multimodal transmission paths to better promote intercultural communication.
