摘要
实验室安全管理体系的建设是保证实验室平稳运行的重要条件。目前我国高校实验室安全管理大多缺乏精细化的行动规范指引,导致实验室安全事故时有发生。通过对九州大学实验室安全管理《教育安全指南—实验室活动篇》手册的内容分析,可以看出日本大学实验室安全管理特别强调精细化的实验室安全规范教育,提出精细化的实验室安全指南和实施是提升高校实验室安全管理水平的重要举措,并取得较好成效。我国高校可借鉴该校跨文、理、工等学科实验室的精细化管理经验,促进我国高校实验室的安全管理。
The construction of laboratory safety management system is an important condition of healthy operation of laboratory.Issuing and implementing university’s laboratory safety guideline is an essential part of laboratory safety management system.At present,the guidelines of laboratory safety management of domestic universities are mostly short of detail and elaboration,which sometimes causes occurrence of laboratory accident.Through content analysis of Kyushu University Guidelines for Safety in Education—Laboratory Activities,it is found that the characteristics of elaboration and delicacy are possessed by Japan’s universities,and that elaborating laboratory activity guideline issuing and implementation is emphasized especially.Elaborating laboratory activity guideline issuing and implementation is one important measure to elevate universities’laboratory safety management level.Learning Kyushu University’s advanced laboratory management experience of laboratory guideline covering social science,natural science and engineering disciplines and others is expected to push forward the advancement of our country’s universities’laboratory safety management.
