机场目标可见性性能建模与分析

摘要 机场场面目标的可见性是塔台管制员监视和指挥机场场面活动的基础,是机场塔台选址和建设的首要参考指标。在描述机场目标可见性基础上,明确可见性概念,提出目标可见性评估过程;借鉴光电成像技术,建立机场目标可见性模型,包括目标鉴别方法、目标任务性能、人眼对比度阈值函数、大气调制传递函数等。以国内某新建机场为例,对提出的数学模型进行了仿真计算,并以此为基础设计了机场现场目标可见性测验方法,由15名管制员进行测验。结果证明,测验与模型仿真在目标可见性趋势上是一致的。表明仿真模型具有一定的参考意义,可作为机场目标可见性的定性参考。 The visibility performance of airport surface targets is the basis for tower controllers’surveillance and control surface activities.Moreover,it is the primary reference for airport tower site selection and construction.The problem of airport target visibility performance is described,the concept of target visibility is clarified,and its assessment process is proposed.A mathematical model is formulated for airport target visibility problem based on photoelectric imaging technology.The target identification method,target task performance,human eye contrast threshold function,and the atmospheric optical turbulence modulation transfer function are considered,respectively.Taking a newly built airport in China as an example,the proposed mathematical model is simulated and calculated.An airport target visibility method is tested by 15 controllers.The results show that the test and model simulation are consistent with the target visibility trend.It proves that the simulation model has certain reference significance and can be used as a qualitative reference for the visibility of airport targets.
