山东省农业数字化转型水平测度与政策建议 被引量:8

摘要 农业数字化是完善数字基础设施与良好发展环境相统一的数字化,是绿色发展与高效发展相统一的数字化,是产业融合与共同富裕相结合的数字化。通过构建农业数字化指标体系,运用值法实证研究了山东省农业数字化转型水平。结果表明:山东省各地市农业数字化转型速度在不断加快,综合水平在不断上升;各地市农业数字化转型的侧重点各有不同,综合水平并不均衡。东部地区偏向农业数字化的环境基础,中西部地区偏向数字化的过程体现,其他地市偏向数字化的作用结果;山东省农业数字化转型各维度发展不相匹配。并从政府扶持,整合资源,构建实施路径,数字基础设施与农业融合等方面提出政策建议,以推动山东省农业数字化转型深入发展。 The digitalization of agriculture is a combination of improving digital infrastructure and a good development environment,a combination of green development and efficient development,and a combination of industrial integration and common prosperity.By constructing the agricultural digitalization index system,this paper empirically studies the process of agricultural digitalization transformation in Shandong Province by using entropy method.The results show that the speed of agricultural digital transformation is accelerating and the comprehensive level is rising continuously in Shandong Province.The emphasis of agricultural digital transformation in different cities is different,and the comprehensive level is not balanced.The eastern region is biased towards the environmental basis of agricultural digitalization,the central and western region is biased towards the process of digitalization,and the other cities are biased towards the result of digitalization.The development of agricultural digital transformation in Shandong Province does not match each other.Policy suggestions such as government support,resource integration,construction of implementation paths,integration of digital infrastructure and agriculture were put forward to promote the in-depth development of agricultural digital transformation in Shandong Province.
