响应面法优化核桃分心木总黄酮提取工艺研究 被引量:3

Optimization of Total Flavonoids from Diaphragma Juglandis Fructus by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 核桃分心木富含黄酮类物质,采用响应面法优化总黄酮的提取工艺。选取液料比、超声时间、超声温度、乙醇体积分数为单因素,采用响应面法分析其对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明,在料液比1∶54(g∶mL),超声时间50 min,超声温度41℃,乙醇体积分数43%的条件下总黄酮的提取工艺最优,总黄酮的提取率为7.78%。 In this study,response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids.The factors of liquid-solid ratio,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic temperature and ethanol volume fraction on the extraction yield of total flavonoids were analyzed by response surface method.The results of the experiment have shown that under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio of 1∶54(g∶mL),ultrasonic time of 50 min,ultrasonic temperature of 41℃and ethanol volume fraction of 43%,the optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids was obtained,and the extraction yield of total flavonoids from diaphragma juglandis fructus was 7.78%.
