基于脑淋巴系统探讨阿尔茨海默病“肾虚-酿毒-伤络”理论

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)作为一种广为人知的神经退行性疾病,发病机制却尚未完全阐明。在中医体系中,“毒损脑络”学说被认为是AD的主要病机。近年来,脑内新发现了以胶质淋巴系统与脑膜淋巴管为主的脑淋巴系统,为AD的病理机制提供了新思路,同时进一步揭示其中医病因病机。“毒损脑络”应是“肾虚-酿毒-伤络”病机演变的过程。脑淋巴系统可能是“脑络”病变的生物学基础,为揭示“肾虚-酿毒-伤络”的现代内涵提供新的靶点。 Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a widely known neurodegenerative disease,but its pathogenesis has not been fully clarified.In the traditional Chinese medicine system,the theory of"injury of brain collaterals by toxins"is considered to be the main pathogenesis of AD.In recent years,the brain lymphatic system,which is mainly composed of the glial-lymphatic system and meningeal lymphatic vessels,has been newly discovered in the brain,providing new insight into the pathological mechanism of AD,and further revealing the etiology and pathogenesis in regards to traditional Chinese medicine.The process of"injury of brain collaterals by toxins"is considered to be the evolution of the pathogenesis of"kidney deficiency-toxin-collateral damage".The brain lymphatic system may be the biological basis of"brain collaterals"disease,providing a new target for revealing the modern connotation of"kidney deficiency-toxin-collateral damage".
