摘要
结合融媒体的特点,分析了数字化新媒体对传统纸媒与编辑工作的挑战;针对高校学报编辑队伍的发展现状,阐述了编辑人才的培养途径。认为通过培养多元化的知识结构、积累丰富的编辑经验、提高数字与传媒技术、提升团队合作与沟通能力及参加编辑业务培训与学术会议的途径,可以优化编辑的综合素质,完善其跨学科编辑能力,从而适应“融媒体”的发展趋势,为高校学报的创新和高质量发展做出更大的贡献。
Considering the traits of the converged media,this article analyzed the challenges that digital new media imposes on the traditional print media and editorial work and expounds the cultivating path of editorial talents,based on the analysis of the current situation of university editorial teams.The author proposes that editors'comprehensive quality can be optimized and their interdisciplinary editing abilities can be improved so as to adapt to the development trend of the converged media era and make greater contributions to the innovation and high-quality development of university journals,by constructing a diversified knowledge structure,accumulating rich editing experience,improving digital and media technology,enhancing teamwork and communication skills,and participating in editorial business training and academic conferences.
