摘要
从润滑油使用企业选用油品和管理出发,介绍润滑油的理化性质和分类,深入分析探讨润滑油采购管理中常见的3类问题:固定用油品牌型号、油品种类繁杂、用油企业与生产厂家脱钩。提出油品采购、管理的优化策略。以渤海油田为例,进一步阐述了用油企业结合自身实际情况采用的优化策略和取得的应用效果,旨在为今后企业高质量采购、管理润滑油提供参考依据,以期提高企业设备润滑管理水平,降低企业运营成本,促进企业高质量发展。
Starting from the selection and management of lubricants in oil-consuming enterprises,this paper introduces the physicochemical properties and classification of lubricants,deeply analyzes and explores three common problems in lubricants procurement management:fixed oil brand and model,complex oil types,and decoupling between oil enterprises and manufacturers.Relevant optimization strategies for oil procurement and management are proposed.Taking Bohai Oilfield as an example,the optimization strategies and application results adopted by oil-consuming enterprises based on their own actual situation are further elaborated to provide reference basis for high-quality procurement and management of lubricant in enterprises in the future,improve the quality of equipment lubrication services,reduce operating costs,and promote high-quality development of enterprises.
