基于雨课堂的智慧教学在内分泌疾病教学中的初步探索 被引量:1

Preliminary Exploration of Intelligent Teaching Based on Rain Classroom in Endocrine Disease Teaching

摘要 目的探讨内分泌疾病教学过程中灵活运用雨课堂智慧教学模式的效果与价值。方法选择2022年2月至2023年2月厦门市中医院内分泌科室轮转规培生60名作为研究对象,按照培训时间先后顺序进行分组,对照组(2022年2月至7月,30名)规培生采取常规模式开展内分泌疾病教学活动;观察组(2022年8月至2023年2月,30名)规培生接受雨课堂智慧教学模式开展内分泌疾病教学活动;对两组规培生内分泌疾病知识予以考核,比较组间成绩。调查分析两组患者教学前后对学习的兴趣变化,评估两组患者教学前后学习能力水平,分析组间差异性。调查两组规培生对教学模式的满意度情况。结果试卷考核结果显示,观察组规培生成绩高于对照组(均P<0.001)。入组前两组规培生调查学习兴趣、学习能力结果组间比较无统计学差异,通过教学后,观察组规培生学习兴趣、学习能力各个分项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.001)。另外,观察组规培生对教学模式的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论开展内分泌疾病教学活动过程中,灵活运用雨课堂智慧教学模式能够有效提高教学质量及规培生成绩,强化规培生学习兴趣及学习能力。 Objective To explore the effectiveness and value of flexibly using the rain classroom intelligent teaching mode in the teaching process of endocrine diseases.Methods Select 60 regulated trainees from a certain hospital's endocrine department from February 2022 to February 2023 as the research subjects,and group them in the order of training time.The control group(30 regulated trainees from February to July 2022)adopts a conventional mode to carry out endocrine disease teaching activities;The observation group(from August 2022 to February 2023,30 trainees)received rain classroom intelligent teaching mode to carry out endocrine disease teaching activities;Assess the knowledge of endocrine diseases among two groups of students and compare their scores between groups.Investigate and analyze the changes in interest in learning between two groups of patients before and after teaching,evaluate the level of learning ability of the two groups of patients before and after teaching,and analyze the differences between the groups.Survey the satisfaction of two groups of students with the teaching mode.Results The test paper assessment scores of regulatory students in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.001).There was no statistically difference in the survey of learning interest and learning ability between the two groups of students before enrollment.After teaching,the observation group had higher scores of learning interest and learning ability than the control group(all P<0.001).In addition,the observation group students reported a higher overall satisfaction with the teaching mode than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusions The flexible use of rain classroom intelligent teaching mode in the process of carrying out endocrine disease teaching activities can effectively improve teaching quality and students'grades,strengthen students'learning interest and ability,and is worthy of application and promotion.
