摘要
目的 分析负压创面疗法(negative pressure wound therapy, NPWT)联合银离子水凝胶敷料治疗糖尿病足(diabetic foot, DF)溃疡的效果。方法 选择2021年1月-2022年1月期间泉州市正骨医院收治的DF溃疡患者60例为研究对照,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=30)与研究组(n=30)。两组患者均接受常规治疗,对照组清创后应用银离子水凝胶敷料,研究组在此基础上应用NPWT技术。针对两组患者的临床疗效、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(interlenkin-1β,IL-1β)与C反应蛋白(C-reactiveprotein,CRP)水平,以及溃疡治愈时间、换药次数及住院时间进行比较。结果 治疗的总有效率比较中,研究组结果较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组IL-6、IL-1β、CRP指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组溃疡治愈时间、住院时间均短于对照组,换药次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NPWT联合银离子水凝胶敷料治疗DF溃疡效果确切,能够有效抑制炎症因子,减少换药次数,加快康复进程。
Objective To analyze the effect of negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)combined with silver ion hy-drogel dressing on diabetic foot ulcers(DF).Methods 60 patients with DF ulcer admitted to Quanzhou Bone-setting Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study control,and were divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)by random number table method.Both groups received conventional treatment,the con-trol group was treated with silver ion hydrogel dressing after debridement,and the study group was treated with NPWT technology on the basis of this.The clinical efficacy,interleukin-6(IL-6),interlenkin-1β(IL-1β)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels of the two groups of patients were investigated.Ulcer healing time,dressing change times and hos-pital stay were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of IL-6,IL-1βand CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ul-cer healing time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the dress-ing changes was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion NPWT combined with silver ionized hydrogel dressing is effective in treating DF ulcer,which can effectively inhibit inflammatory factors,reduce the number of dressing changes,and accelerate the rehabilitation process.
